The way I show up for my family is the way I show up for my clients — present, direct, and trying to do the right thing even when it's uncomfortable.
I've been married for nineteen years. We have three daughters. They are the reason I built this business and the reason I take rest seriously. Family travel is how we stay connected — and how I stay reminded of what all the work is actually for.
We travel as a family whenever we can. Not to escape life, but to widen it. Some of my clearest thinking happens when I'm out of routine, in a new place, seeing things differently. I come back sharper. My family comes back closer.
Movement is how I stay clear. Rest is how I stay sharp. I play badminton competitively and train consistently. It's not a hobby — it's how I regulate, how I think clearly, and how I model the same message I give my clients: rest and recovery are part of performance, not the opposite of it.
If you're wondering why any of this is on a professional site — it's because I believe the best leaders are whole people. Not performers. Not role-players. People who know what matters to them and build everything from there.
